Most clients can take part. Our complimentary service changes with the seasons, and I choose each one to suit the time of year and fit as many people as possible. It isn't limited by gender or age.
Safety always comes first. Not every treatment is right for every skin, so I screen each client before treatment. Some things mean waiting until it's safe for you, such as pregnancy, recent sun exposure or tanning, certain medications, or certain health conditions. If tanning is a regular part of your routine, most of my services won't be an option until you stop.
If the current service isn't suitable for your skin type and can't be safely adjusted, I'll choose a different complimentary service that is. I pick the alternative based on what's safest and most effective for your skin, so I can't promise a particular one.
Exceptions are based on what I can confirm at your consultation. A preference for a different treatment, or a dislike of discomfort, isn't a reason to switch.

Existing clients: You need to be an existing client of the salon. New here? Book your first appointment, and your second visit can be the complimentary service, at no charge.

Permission to photograph: To take part, you agree to let me photograph your complimentary service before treatment, right after, and at follow-up visits, and to share those photos in my marketing.

Good attendance: You can't have any no-shows, or appointments cancelled just a few hours beforehand, in the past 12 months.
